Detailed parameters of the servo feeder

1. These series NC servo roll feeders are excellent feeding machines for thin metal sheet coils, with good design and feeding
performance.
2. They can suit for various metal sheet coil material, such as cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, galvanized steel etc.
3. With precise concentric steel rollers, strong mechanical structure, advanced servo motor and servo drive, advanced
controlsystem, and other precise components, so each feeder can ensure high quality feeding performance easily.
4. With certificated electric parts, satisfied metal treatment, and safe electrical control, so it can protect users very well.
5. It has an automatic polit releasing for a roller, with pneumatic cylinder drive.
6. It has manual operation mode and automatic operation mode. The manual model is for trial feeding operation and feeding
performance inspection, also for metal sheet coil end feeding. After inspect successfully, user can turn to automatic mode for
continuous mass production easily.
7. It provides three segments of feeding at least, with different feeding length. for each segment. User can input and get various
feeding strokes at a touch screen panel easily.
8. A piece of robber coated roller can be used for feeding thin metal sheet or protecting metal sheet surface well if required.
9. A piece of independent welded supporting bracket can be provided as optional device, to support and mount the feeder frame
well.
10. More feeding segments can be equipped as optional device also.
11. Beside English, Spanish, or Portuguese, or Polish, or Russian text can be adopted as optional, for the touch screen operation
